Brasa is an event planning tool designed to assist with barbecues, providing estimates of quantities based on profiles and internal algorithms. You acknowledge that these suggestions are strictly for informational and support purposes.

• Local Processing: Calculations and parameters (number of guests, selected items) are primarily processed directly on your device.
• Analytics and Improvements: We may collect anonymous usage data to calibrate the algorithm and improve the accuracy of suggested quantities. No event data is linked to a specific identity without your explicit consent.
• Storage: The history of saved events is kept on the device. The user is responsible for sharing the history or any information from the application.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ABSOLUTE ACCURACY. Brasa is not responsible for:

• Insufficient or excess food, drinks, or supplies at your planned events.
• Financial losses resulting from purchases based on our calculations or generated lists.
• Consumption variations due to specific guest habits or unpredictable external factors (weather, event duration, etc.).

5. Third-Party Integrations

Brasa may allow exporting data to other applications (such as WhatsApp or Listing). Once the data leaves our app, the responsibility for privacy and processing falls under the respective third-party application's terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All design, interface, logos, source code, and calculation algorithms present in Brasa are the exclusive intellectual property of Lumo Dev. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
