⚠️ 1. Nature of Service and Medical Disclaimer

Dreamer is a technical tool for Somatic Mapping, Dream Logging, and Emotional Pattern Analysis. The application provides an organized structure for the user to monitor physical sensations and emotional states associated with their sleep cycle.

  • Informational and Self-Knowledge Purpose: All data visualizations, charts, and reports generated are strictly for informational, self-knowledge, and self-reflection purposes.
  • No Medical or Psychological Advice: Dreamer DOES NOT provide, under any circumstances, health services, medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, or diagnoses. The app does not replace professional evaluation, treatment, or monitoring by qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Technical Independence: Data processing and the insights generated by the system are based entirely on deterministic mapping logic of data explicitly entered by the user, not involving the use of generative Artificial Intelligence or third-party large language models for content or text analysis.
  • Professional Guidance: For the treatment of trauma, sleep disorders, or clinical mental health conditions, the user must seek guidance from licensed professionals. Dreamer reports may be used as supporting material in therapeutic environments, but final clinical interpretation remains the sole responsibility of the human professional.

Privacy Policy

At Dreamer, privacy is not just a guideline; it is our core architecture. Your dreams inhabit the most intimate space of your mind, and our technology ensures they remain exclusively under your control.

1. Absolute Privacy and "Zero-Knowledge" Encryption

  • End-to-End Encryption: If you enable Cloud Sync, your logs are encrypted locally on your own device (via the AES-256 standard) using a key derived from your personal PIN Code.
  • Zero-Knowledge Architecture: Dreamer developers have Zero Access to your content. The decryption key resides strictly within your device's local secure storage environment (Secure Enclave/Keystore). Even under judicial, government, or technical orders, we cannot decrypt your data, as we do not possess your PIN.
  • Export at Your Own Risk: The app allows the export of reports and data logs. Once data is exported outside of Dreamer's secure local environment, the custody, security, and confidentiality of this information become the sole responsibility of the user.
  • Indisputable Loss Warning: If you forget your encryption PIN, it will be mathematically impossible to recover your synced data from the cloud. You are the sole custodian of your memory key.

2. Offline Use, Right to Erasure, and Autonomous Portability

  • Guest Mode: In local mode (without an account), your data never touches the internet. It remains saved entirely within your phone's encrypted memory, under your exclusive custody.
  • Irreversible App Deletion: When you delete a dream entry or permanently delete your account through the application's settings menu, the data is immediately and permanently destroyed from our servers. We do not keep hidden copies or database logs of your content.
  • External Web Data Management (Deletion & Portability): If you have uninstalled the application or prefer to manage your data externally, we provide a self-service web panel at luanmoura.dev/dreamer/account. Through this link, after proper authentication, you can download your raw data for free in CSV format or execute the immediate, permanent deletion of your account and records.

3. Your Global Data Rights

Regardless of your country of residence (and in compliance with international frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA), Dreamer ensures you can exercise your privacy rights free of charge:

  • Right of Access: Provided natively by displaying your logs directly within the application's interface.
  • Right to Data Portability: Guaranteed for free through the raw data export feature (CSV format) available at our web panel: luanmoura.dev/dreamer/account.
  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Executable at any time via the account deletion button inside the app or through the external web panel.

4. Third Parties and Infrastructure

We use only essential services necessary for stable app operations:

  • Ad Providers (such as Google AdMob): Technical ad display. May use anonymous device identifiers for basic advertising personalization.
  • Google Firebase: Cloud infrastructure used for user authentication (Firebase Auth) and storage of the "Zero-Knowledge" encrypted databases.
  • RevenueCat: Secure subscription management infrastructure, used to technical validate premium membership status and transactions across mobile platforms.
  • No External AI Processing: None of your dream data or personal logs are ever shared with or transmitted to OpenAI, Google Gemini, or any other third-party large language model providers.

Terms of Use

1. Data Ownership and Premium Features

You retain full and exclusive intellectual property and ownership over all data entered into the system. Dreamer grants you a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the app's analysis tools and features.

Feature Differentiation: Access and portability to your raw data logs are and will always be entirely free (via the web management panel). However, the internal generation of advanced PDF reports—which involves proprietary formatting routines, custom somatic mapping layouts, and specialized data visualization design—constitutes an optional, value-added service restricted to Premium subscribers.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Subscription Model: Dreamer offers recurring subscription plans for premium access. Subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each cycle (monthly, bi-annually, or annually) unless auto-renew is disabled by the user in their device's account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Financial Processing: All financial transactions, billing, and payment processing are handled exclusively and directly by the official app store of your device (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Dreamer does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers or bank account details.
  • Refund Policies: Canceling a subscription stops future billing cycles, but grants continued premium access until the end of the current paid period. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective app store where the purchase was made, subject strictly to that platform's terms and conditions.

3. Age Restriction and Eligibility

Dreamer is intended and eligible only for individuals who are 13 years of age or older. The application does not permit registration and does not knowingly collect or process data from children under the age of 13. By registering or creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If we discover that an account has been inadvertently created by a child under 13, the account and all associated data will be immediately and permanently purged from our servers, regardless of the intended purpose of use.

4. Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be civilly or legally liable for any data loss resulting from local hardware failures on the user's physical device, local malware infections, the loss or forgetting of the local encryption PIN code (which renders cloud recovery mathematically impossible), or the misuse/mishandling of exported files by the user.
