Dreamer uses advanced generative Artificial Intelligence models (LLMs) to offer dream interpretations based on archetypes and symbolism (such as Jungian approaches, for example). By using Dreamer, it is expressly established and non-negotiable that:

Entertainment and Self-Reflection Purposes: All analyses, interpretations, and insights generated have a strict, unique, and exclusive nature of entertainment, self-knowledge, and self-reflection.
No Medical or Psychological Advice: Dreamer DOES NOT provide, under any circumstances, health services, medical, psychological, psychiatric counseling, therapies, or diagnoses of any kind. The feedback generated by our AI does not validate and does not replace evaluation and monitoring by qualified health professionals.
Professional Counseling: The user understands that for the treatment of traumas, disorders, or any mental health issues, they must always seek the guidance of properly licensed and credentialed medical or mental health professionals.
Conditioned Use: The use of the AI functionality in the app is conditioned on explicit consent (Opt-In), in which the user confirms full awareness and agreement with these limitations before processing any generation.

Privacy Policy

At Dreamer, we believe that your dreams inhabit the most intimate and sacred space of your mind. Therefore, the privacy of your data is not just a guideline, it is the core architectural foundation of our service.

1. Absolute Privacy, Zero-Knowledge Encryption, and Synchronization

End-to-End Encryption and Secure Backups: Should you decide to enable the Cloud Sync feature (via Google or Apple), rest assured that your entries are encrypted locally on your own device (using industry standard AES protocol), shielded by a PIN Code strictly defined by you. Your PIN code never leaves your phone and is never transmitted to us.
Zero-Knowledge: The developers and the technical team behind Dreamer have Zero Access to the raw text of any entry stored in our cloud database (Firestore). In the highly unlikely and drastic event of a database breach, intruders or bots would only have access to a cluster of scrambled codes and completely illegible hashes.
Indisputable Loss Warning (Important): Precisely because we shield your privacy in such a way that we block our own access, we warn you that, should you lose or forget your personal lock PIN, it will be mathematically impossible for our team to recover or restore your dreams in the cloud. You are the sole keeper of your memory key.

2. Offline Disconnected Use and Right to be Forgotten (Guest Mode)

We recognize that some dreams should never leave your bedside. Aiming for your total and non-negotiable geographical control over information:

Guest Mode: If you choose not to create a cloud account, you hold the full right to use the app in a completely isolated and Offline state, accessing it merely as a "Guest".
Security Isolation: In this strict local mode, your texts will never touch the internet. They will remain saved exclusively and fully within your phone's local memory database. All forms of protection in this mode will be entrusted to the native security layers of your device's own operating system (Numeric Passwords, Facial Recognition, "LockScreen").
Your Right to be Forgotten: In Guest Mode (Offline), ensuring the closure of your diary and the perpetual right to the oblivion of those memories comes down to simply uninstalling the app from the device or tapping "Clear Data"; the destruction of the information happens immediately and irreversibly in the palm of your hand without involving any servers.

3. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted third-party services to operate the app:

Google AdMob: For ad display. May use device identifiers to personalize ads. Learn more.
Google Firebase: For authentication and "Zero-Knowledge" storage (when Cloud Sync is active), usage analytics, and crash reporting. Privacy Policy.
OpenAI / LLM Providers: Your dream text (anonymized) is sent for processing by the AI to generate the interpretation.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Dreamer app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the Dreamer developers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
